Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AQUATECH account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
